Asian Inspired Beyond Burger

Looking for a way to spice up you vegitarian burger? Try this asian inspired burger with bold flavors that will elevate your simple burger night.

Yield: 8 burger patties

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beyond Meat Ground Burger
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Gently combine the ground beef with the ingredients.  
  2. Form into 8 equal sized patties, try not to overwork the meat so it doesn't get tough.
  3. Heat the grill. When hot clean the grates and spray with oil.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook on high heat for about 10 to 12 minutes on each side, or until burgers are cooked to your liking.  
  5. Once you remove the burgers from the grill, build your burger and enjoy.
